Pioneer was originally organized in 1987 as a clearing operation on the N.Y. Mercantile
Exchange (NYMEX). For almost a decade we have maintained the position as one of
the largest clearing firms on this Exchange in terms of transactions procesed.
Since becoming a Division of MF Global, Pioneer has maintained the position of being
the largest firm in terms of transactions processed.
Pioneer is a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) as a registered Futures
Commission Merchant (FCM). Pioneer Futures is also registered with the Commodities
Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
Pioneer, a Division of MF Global, has over 1000 accounts with customer assets in
excess of 100 million dollars.
